Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days to request a return after receiving the item.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused or worn, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, opened/used adult products are not eligible for return.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return label and shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items
